1. Day 1Maras Moray – Salt mine – Ollantaytmbo

   The amazing ollantaytambo Inca site. The salt mines of maras and the agricultural terraces of moray is a great complement to the sacred valley and machupicchu journey. You will be able to enjoy the views of the snow-capped mountains, Green fields, traditional village and you will learn more about the local culture, the old salt mines of maras and etc.

   Itinerary:

   We will start at 7.30 am with pick up from your hotel; we will go on of the picturesque town of maras, depending of your hotel located. Maras is located at an altitud of 3,380 meters above sea level. This is a small community famous for its salt mines which consist of about 3000 small Wells with an avarage are of about 5m2 from which salt os extracted after a drying process.

   This salt mines, better known as “salineras de maras”, have been exploited since incas times as a means of economic Exchange 7 km from maras, we will visit the archeological of moray. Here in moray we will see the the greatness of the circular terraces of Inca agriculture.

   Moray is a group of circular terraces which was used as an agricultural experimental, and adaptation center for wild crops. The Inca used it to study the adaptation of the plants to new ecosystems. The overlapping circular Stone rings widen as they rise and it has a total depth of 150 m. after a guide tour on the way back we will head to our lunch spot in urumbamba organise by our master chef. And then continue to ollantaytambo Inca site, where you will visit this amazing unique the Incan linving town, this beautiful site is  known as the dwelling of the Inca Ollantay, one of the Inca warriors who defied his king (Pachacutec) over an impossible love between Ollantay and Kusi Koyllor, the king's daughter. This brave warrior had to fight to win the love of the king's daughter, emerging victorious and finally assuming leadership of this town. 2. Day 2Hiking from Chinchero to Urquillos – Huayllabamba

   Today continuing our second journey, the profesional licence tour guide will pick you up around 7.00 am from your hotel whever located and them we will driving toward to amazing town of chinchero. 3. Day 3Andenes de Yucay – Farm Land – Urubamba local Market – horse back riding

   The Andenes de Yucay are an impressive system of Inca agricultural terraces in the Sacred Valley of the Incas (Cusco, Peru), built on hillsides to maximize cultivable space and control water, with huge structures like the Pacaypata Terrace, serving as a productive and rest center for the nobility, and offering panoramic views of the valley, being an important historical and natural tourist attraction in the town of Yucay. In the Sacred Valley of Urubamba, agriculture is centered on the Giant White Corn of Cusco, which occupies most of the cultivated land (more than 90%), complemented by native fruits such as peaches, capulí, quince and strawberries, and other Andean products such as potatoes and quinoa, using ancestral techniques in small farms, being a vital area for organic production and the export of grains.

   Likewise, here in Urubamba we can already experience horse back ride with peruvian paso horse., The Peruvian Paso horse is a breed of horse native to Peru, descended from the horses introduced during the Conquest and the early Viceroyalty. This breed is protected by Peruvian Decree Law No. 25,919 of November 28, 1992, and has been declared a native Peruvian horse breed by the National Institute of Culture

   Itinerary:

   Our Journey start from your hotel at 8 am in the morning where our Driver and our guide pick you up, and then drive you to Andenes of Yucay where you will be able to splore and observe the impressive tremendous incan terraces still now days is used by the locals, and then we will drive 15 minutes to the town of Urubamba - Chichubamba where we visit a farm land showed by owner. This gives an insight into how locals still work and depend on this fertile land.

   We walk the farmlands, in order to observe the types of vegetables they abtain and the important of the land was for Inca civilization. After this we will walk to local market in Urubamba. Here we see local families selling things such as fruits, vegetables, flowers, and natural medicinal plants. Your guide shows you the market and you can taste Peruvian fruits and foods such as passion fruit, lucuma, and chirimoya. This is followed by organic lunch with ingredients and farmed in the sacred Valley, eaten outside overlooking the Sacred Valley. Once enjoyed your delicious organic lunch you will be take to rancho – Urubamba in order get diffent experience as horse back riding with Peruvian paso horse.

   Riding is a wonderful experience and does not require vast experience, but having the appropriate technique to communicate with the horse and do pre-conceived choreographies together is an experience that has no comparison, that simply cannot be described. 4. Day 4Machupicchu Full Day

   Machu Picchu is considered a masterpiece of both architecture and engineering. Its unique architectural and landscape features, and the veil of mystery woven around it by much of the literature published about the site, have made it one of the most famous tourist destinations on the planet, as well as one of the seven wonders of the modern world.

   Itinerary:

   Today is great day at 5.00 am in the morning we will take the train from ollantaytambo to aguas calientes for a 1 hour and 50 minutes, from Aguas Calientes; it’s a 20-minute bus ride up a zig-zag path to the entrance to the Machu Picchu ruins. Our Machu Picchu guided tours last around 3 hours. There is free time to take pictures and add on a visit to Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain (early morning entry required).

   The first entry to Machu Picchu is at 6 am and then entry is available on the hour, every hour, until the last entry at 2 pm. Please in this case we wll take 7 to 8 am which is better for you.

   Below are some of the highlights you will see.

   Intihuatana (Sun Clock)

   This mysterious and beautiful sundial was carved directly into the bedrock of Machu Picchu. Much is not known about its unusual design and markings. What is known is that it aligns with the sun during the winter solstice (June 21 in Peru). At midday, the main stone casts no shadow at all.

   The Temple of the Sun

   The Temple of the Sun was the most sacred of all temples at Machu Picchu. It was most likely only accessed by priests and high-ranking Incas.

   It is built over an enormous rock in a unique semi-circular fashion and features a tower and a trapezoidal window. It is believed that the Incas worshipped their sun god, called Inti, and other theories exist, too.

   These range from being a royal tomb to being an observatory or a sacrificial center.

   Temple of the Condor

   This is one of the most spectacular sites at Machu Picchu. The Incas took a large, natural rock formation and sculpted it to take on the appearance of a condor in flight, wings spread and magnificent.

   There are details alongside its majesty; a condor’s head and neck feathers complete the condor. A mummy was found in a small cave under the rock and there is speculation that sacrifices happened here, too. Behind the temple are a prison complex and dungeons.

   Temple of the Three Windows

   We will see this temple in the Sacred Plaza area of Machu Picchu. It is a large structure, with three walls and the main attraction is the three large windows.

   There are many theories as to why there are three windows. Your guide will discuss their and your opinions during the tour.

   And finally after visited the Machupicchu Inca city we will take back he bus down for 20 minutes and see where we can enjoy the lunch before to returning to Cusco hotel.

5. Day 5Visit Hummingbird Observatory – Huilloc alto Community Full Day

   This community is considered one the ancient civilization descendants where they still show their tradition customs. This community is located at outside Ollantaytambo village we really committed with our communities that’s why we like to take to our clients to this place. In this journey you will be able to visit the Andean local children. At the begin we will drive to Yanahuara-pukara village where first you will visit the beautiful hummingbird observatory created by one the local family.

   Itinerary:

   We will pick you up from your hotel at 8, 00 am and then we will drive to Yanahahuara village - In the Sacred Valley of Cusco, in the town of Yanahuara, province of Urubamba, at 3000 meters above sea level, in the forests preceding the Mantanay Reserve, there is this interesting conservation initiative that houses very good species of birds and that They are naturally attracted to gardens of native flowers and fruits.

   The ecosystem is montane scrub and its climate is pleasant. Its access is safe since it is located on the outskirts of the town.

   History:

   In 2018, Cesar Cusihuaman, chef by profession, former worker at the Cock of the Rock Lodge in Manu and nature lover, decided to implement a bird reserve and native plant garden on family land, which already had an unbeatable location in the Sacred Valley of Cusco.

   By 2022 it will have a hummingbird garden, a viewpoint and grain and seed feeders, to which many endemic birds arrive. After enjoyed this natural attraction we will continue to  Ollamtaytambo and from there to Willoc community where here our tour guide he will be able take you to one the families and introduce them where this family will be pleasure to tell you their history and then make show like play the music and dance for you, and also if you want we will take the you the Andean children school where you can see how they study, after this amazing visiting you will driving to Puma-Marka archeological site where our super tour guide will take you to the place and explain about this beautiful area. Finally or after visited this site our driver and tour guide will take back to Cusco or wherever your hotel located.

6. Day 6Qeswachaca Incan Bridge

   The Q'eswachaka Inca Bridge in Cusco, Peru, is a magnificent rope bridge that rises majestically over the Apurímac River, it is much more than a structure, and it is a living link to the greatness of the Incas and a deep-rooted tradition that has lasted for more than 600 years. Every year in the Peruvian Andes, Cusco, with unwavering dedication, members of the local communities come together to rebuild this bridge as it was done in ancient times.

   With the collective effort of around 750 people, united by the commitment to preserve their cultural heritage, the result is an engineering prodigy, 28 meters long and 1.2 meters wide, that is a living testimony of the skill and wisdom of their ancestors. More than a means of crossing the river, the Qeswachaka Bridge has deep meaning for the people of the region and is a tangible symbol of their ancestral traditions, a link to the glorious past of the Incas and a source of community pride.

   The Word queswachaca is composed of two Quechua words: qeswa which means ropes of twisted Straw and chaca meaning bridge.

   Itinerary:

   After early pick up at 6:00 am from the hotel in Cusco, we will begin to travel towards the famous qeswachaca bridge. On the way, we drive through the beautiful town of pomacanchi, stopping at the famous tour lakes as pomacanchi, acopia, asnaqocha, and others lookout point where we will have to chance take amazing pictures and take in the sights. These lagoons have many different uses fishing, totora hut camps and social activities with motor boats and peadl boats. Each lagoon has its unique individually and multiple species of flora and fauna to observe tipical of this región.

   Once the visit lakes we keep travilling to canas province. Then finally, we will reach the dremed destination, which is the qeswachaca Inca bridge over (3,700 meters/12,139 feet), tucked in and connected to the mountain ledges joining together this 33-meters long and 1.20 meters wide, this bridge is totally active, every year is renewed by the hand using the high land grass colled ichu (Straw). The communities living in the área are in-charged to renew this ancient bridge anually.    Our path involves climbing for around 90 minutes to Humantay Lake, which nestles under the sheltering gaze of Humantay Mountain. The lake sits at an elevation of 4,200m / 13,780ft, making it perfect as an acclimatization walk.

   Humantay’s picture-perfect turquoise waters are framed by Humantay glacier. Humantay Lake can also be the starting point for a Salkantay trek to Machu Picchu.

   We’ll enjoy this stunning slice of Andean beauty then return to our vehicle in Soraypampa and retrace our steps to Cusco, dropping you off at your hotel.
